My son and I'm had a great experience with Danielle tonight! She was pleasant and fun paying attention to my VERY chatty little... boy with his monster trucks. Our order came out correctly and in a timely manner and she made sure to check on us though out ourmeal. We will definitely be back again for more hamburger (no bun) and pancakes! Read more
Me my wife and my son came in this morning to get some breakfast. We had the pleasure to get a very sweet server by the name of... Jennifer. We didn't know what we really wanted and we asked her for some suggestions and she recommended a few things.Eventually we ordered the super slams and my son ordered his chicken tenders. The food came out fast. Jennifer was veryattentive with us and we appreciate that. You rarely get that these days from food workers. My order came out pretty fast. I sat down ordered my God?s Drink (coffee) and food as well and came out pretty fast. I?ve gone... to other Denny?s and really it is not the same. They do take a little longer. Maybe timing also has to do from afternoon andevenings but for breakfast on a Saturday morning that went well. My waitress was Nayeli. Get her to get service. Our waiter Axle got our order, then he left to talk to some guests at another table about some face makeup for a long time. When... an employee noticed our food was ready and Axle dint bring the food to us cause he was busy chit chatting he sprung into actionand brought us our food. 10 min later Axle was still going at it non stop and never cared to ask us if our food had been servedor nothing. So we did what was right and gave our tip to the employee who brought our food and did Axles job. Good job Axlemaybe u should leave your chatter home and start doing your job. The gentleman who brought our food was courteous so we had togive him a nice tip, ?we did not catch that employees name but he was wearing a white shirt with roses on it? if u know himthank him for us and give him a raise for doing Axles job without complaining!!! I appreciate so much that this Denny's restaurant hosts the weekly meetings of the city council representative for my district... on Friday mornings. When I go there for a meeting, I simply seat myself, like everyone else there, and I order breakfast. There is an American flag in a glass case permanently mounted on the wall, so that each meeting may start with the reciting ofthe Pledge of Allegiance. There are numerous menu items available for breakfast, and I usually order an omelette and orangejuice. The food is always delicious and cooked just right. Service is prompt and done so as to cause the least disturbance,but it is best to order a meal or beverage or whatever, about ten or fifteen minutes before the meeting starts. There is alwaysa cashier ready right after the meeting to take customers' pay. Occasionally, I have a meal there for lunch or dinner. The foodthen is always enjoyable and well-prepared, as well. But service then is not always prompt after I have been seated, andsometimes I need to look for somebody, when it is time to pay. Read more
