People very rude can?t even acknowledge when your there asked if I need it to write my own name down. At first she said yes and... as I was about to she got mad and took the pen away. Of course she made me mad an I did let her hear it just like she did infront of other people. Was trying to locate the Manager but wasn?t around. It?s sad cuz the people you have at the door give theother staff a bad name, one is excepting the same service at the table. Good thing there is people that go beyond to service youand forget the ones that greet you, at least till you have to face them again to pay. Read more
I asked the hostess for a booth and she said they weren't available even though I saw three booths empty. When my waitress... finally came to take my order, I let her know to make sure my food is hot. Unfortunately my food was COLD!! I let her know andshe said that's how they gave it to her. I requested a new plate with hot food and she sarcastically said it would take awhile.She was very rude and could care less if the food was served cold. I guess she doesn't understand what hot food is. Maybe shetook too long to bring my food and didn't want to let the cook know that the food was cold. Definitely never going back to thisrestaurant and letting family and friends know about the lousy service and cold food. These type of people should definitely notbe working at a restaurant. We went in on a Friday night, got seated by the waitress who threw the menus on the table. We waited for someone to come and... take our food and drink orders but after 20 minutes, no one came. We walked out. Waste of time! I don't know how the Denny'srestaurants are still open, they have been on a steady decline for years and I can see why. Bad service! BAD MANAGEMENT. The host was friendly and nice but that?s where it ends. We were seated and had to wait for 15 minutes for our... server to arrive. But it wasn?t because she was busy. Then we asked when out server would be at our table. We were told Amandais our server and no one else would be taking care of us. Amanda was walking around talking to coworkers and having the time ofher life while we were waiting. She served another table that got there after us. Finally she gets to us but she didn?t want toserve us because she started the conversation with ?the food is going to take 30 minutes or more?. When we stood up to leave shehad a smile on her face. She was so happy to have one less table, I guess. I asked for her name again and she straightened herback and said it again. I guess management does nothing or she wouldn?t have such confidence. Another sign of bad management isthe bus boy who waved and said ?bye bye? while we asked for managers name. If no one does anything about their bad attitude,then they get to keep being the horrible atmosphere. I?m sorry for at least two of the employees who were simply doing theirjob. Read more
Ok a lot of things to discuss. First of all this waitress was real nice last time I came here. Then they said that the cooks... were walking out of the kitchen, which was taking longer than usual. Next, we discovered our table was falling all apart withfood inside. We got grossed out. Our food took an hour to get here. We ordered pancakes an our ago and never came. Overall: 2stars. Read more
I visited yesterday 7/27/2022 If I could give them a -1000 I most certainly would. I don't eat meat so I wanted a moon over my... hammy without the ham and was advised by the rude waitress that it would be the same price as if it had meat???? so I asked if Iwanted extra ham would I be charged for that and was advised that I would, but you can't subtract the cost of the extra ham fromthe sandwich without ham and again was told no. They didn't have any coffee creamer so my friends got a little plastic containerwith just milk...sad When we got our food the toast was burnt and had a huge scoop of butter, funny how the toast could be burntand cold at the same time. My friend didn't get his water until we were ready to leave and we had to get another waitress togive them more coffee. Will NEVER go back. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Read more
RAW FOOD ,HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Breakfast time has to turn into lunch due to time of wait for starters . After we ordered our food... took so long and it was cold by the time we got it .(NoRanch) wow how do you not have Ranch and Milk in a Friday . Long storyshort Reordered food came to the table w half old food and half fresh .Thought we were good to go untill I cut into my chickenchunk and it was RAW!!!! SERIOUSLY ????????! Ordered a moz burger spec. It was NOT American cheese as menu stated, it was swiss! The dipping sauce was in the burger and not... on the side as menu stated. It was a regular bun and not brioche as menu stated. Fries were undercooked and tasted horrible.Pancakes were undercooked and didn't have butter. The food gets a -1. Cleanliness gets a ZERO. There was food all over the floorand looked dirty. I wish I could rate our waiter Adrian, who was a perfect 10! Excellent CS by him throughout the whole visit.Highly doubt I'll be back after spending $30 plus a very generous tip for 2 meals that was NOT good. Read more
