The friendly staff was pretty busy the Friday I went in to place a somewhat big order of 2 large specialty pizzas, 5 pasta bowls... and a marble brownie. Unfortunately I had not taken notice that the pastas were all missing the chicken until the following daythat I was going to eat my bowl. Had I noticed or had my children or parents told me theirs were missing the chicken too I couldhave gone back to the restaurant to have the situation remedied. The following day my only recourse was sending a message tocustomer service and they graciously took care of the situation in a very timely manner. I received a phone call from the storemanager a few days later apologizing for the discrepancy and offering credit for the bowls. I'm aware of how busy a restaurantcan get especially on a Friday evening and mistakes can happen. I am grateful for how the situation was handled in the end.Will still be going back to this particular location because other than the chicken situation i experienced, the service isfairly quick and friendly and the food is good! they?re always messing up the order, and never follow directions. I?ve been calling since 5:10pm and they keep putting me on... hold then getting upset because I?m upset that they?re incompetent. You?re telling not one single person in this facility speaksEnglish? I find that hard to believe since that?s their customer base. If you don?t like your job quit and get a new one. Read more

So last week, we order a couple of pizzas online and a coke for delivery. We got the pizzas but no coke. Called the store... manager he said the driver forgot to leave it and she was on her way to deliver it. She never showed up, plus the pizza was oldand cold. This used to be our to go pizza place, not no more. Read more

I just ordered a brooklyn style pizza and it was the worst pizza ever. The pizza extremely oily,salty, and thin with no crust.... They had a guy with a vacuum cleaning the dust from the ceiling, they should not be doing that while pizzas are being made. Thishas to be some code violation and simply unsanitary. Read more

This is probably the worst Domino?s I?ve ever been to. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. The customer service is terrible and the... food is usually burnt or there is hardly anything. My husband and I ordered pasta from them about 3 weeks ago and there wasn?teven enough to feed a toddler. Waste of $25. So I sent an email with pics to domino?s customer Service email and it took a weekand a half for them to get back to me. They said they would send me a gift certificate via mail which made me very happy. Inever got anything. Then I got random calls from a number and I finally answered back ( they didn?t leave voicemails or say whoit was) and it was my local store manager. He made it seem as it was my fault that I didn?t answer the phone and that?s why Ihaven?t gotten a refund. But they only offered me credit, so I accepted it. I went to use the credit today and was told I couldonly use it on what I previously ordered (which was awful) and I couldn?t sub it for anything else. Then told me I would have topay the delivery fee even though I got it delivered last time. Biggest waste of my time. Looks like I?m going back the the PizzaHut. Read more
