I?m giving the location 3 stars, but the coffee is delicious. This location tends to be hit or miss with the service, they move... kind of slow. The last time I went, the employee outside taking orders skipped us so we ordered until we got to the end whileeveryone else had passed us by already. It?s closest to my house though so I?ll continue going because I love the coffee,although I?ve only tried the golden eagle and the kicker. I get them sugar free and it?s still delicious! Read more

Love the coffee, but the wait time at the McRae location is ridiculous. The folks coming out to take drink orders don?t have a... full grasp on the order of cars when they arrive. I?m sitting in line right now and three cars came after me but are gettingtheir order taken before me. Hopefully your team is getting more comfortable at making drinks so they can speed it up. I had the most amazing experience at Dutch Brothers yesterday. I went in to get a coffee as this place was just built across the... street from my house. when I went to get my coffee, I asked for extra caramel and they came to the window just to make sure itwas enough. I know when I go to Starbucks it?s never enough and for them to go out their way to check was extremely nice. Theirattitude was just so nice and the environment seemed so fun. The person making my drink was Lizzie And the person working theregister was Ysidro. As a customer, just sitting, waiting for my drink, and the laughs and jokes they made really brightened upmy day. It made me feel like I wasn?t just a customer, but part of a family. Just a friendly nice and you can tell that theyreally love their job. And came to work to really be there I was so impressed with the working environment that I tried to callthe store to get their names but was sent to a customer service number instead. I tried to leave a review through them butunfortunately I had to have their names which meant I had to come back up to Dutch Brothers. I have to admit this part was mostfrustrating and honestly very sad that people cannot be recognized for what they do right because most will not go back up toDutch Brothers. I did today and was able to get their names. I also asked customer service who the manager was so they couldcall back and I can describe who they were and what they did and was told they did not have a manager at that location. I haveto admit I was thoroughly impressed that the crew was running, so smoothly without a supervisor over their shoulder and goes toshow that when you train people to be leaders and run as a team, it definitely pays off. So kudos to them. I forgot to mentionthat when they handed me my drink, they told me that there was extra love on my drink, and I got this beautiful message on mydrink which totally made my day. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the employees were nice. The music was absolutely too loud- I don't want to listen to... pierce the veil so early in the morning. My drinks were given to someone else, I ordered my drinks with oat milk and was givenhalf and half and chocolate milk. Aren't we charged extra for substitutions? Wont be coming to this location and will probablyget in touch with corporate or someone to get my $15 back. Read more
First time I tried it, and the Hazlenut truffle mocha was excellent! The staff was friendly and vibrant. A lot of energy flows... from the team. The atmosphere was pleasant. I would come back. A lot of good deals and a free drink for my birthday! Read more
