This was a very average place. You definitely can't order off menu or with extras or exceptions. I'm sure some folks like this... place. It's a pass for me. Read more

The place is very clean and Nice. We were greated by pretty and friendly smiling waitresses. they tended to us right away and... helped us with our selection the food was prepared right away they had the best Mexican plate in town and the best tacos intown. I'm also very picky about beans that are served by a restaurant and their beans were awesome the whole experience was verydelightful we're planning on going back once a week. another thing I think their prices were low for very good quality of foodserved at this place ???? Good place for great food. You don’t need to know Spanish to order… but it helps. They make burritos with all of the... ingredients you ask for INSIDE THE BURRITO! Just how I want it. It is around the corner from the Ascarate park so grab apicnic lunch and enjoy an afternoon! Read more

It's OK. They have a steady flow of customers. Place looks like it's still in 1988 (and it could definitely use a refresher.... Ceiling tile needs to go. Paint job needs a redo.) Their music selection is great for dead people. I had the menudo which wasjam packed with menudo. First time I get full before finishing a bowl of menudo from anywhere! Had to load it up with thefixings. A little too bland for me. Best thing about this place is customer service. The ladies are great! All smiles and verycourteous. Read more

Was looking for some place to go and eat dinner at. Saw this place stopped in for a bite. Ordered two plates and the food... didn't disappoint. Ordered a Tampiquena steak plate, and also a plate with fish, shrimp wrapped in baconsalad, white rice, andfries. Both plates were really good and are something that will satisfy your hunger. Prices here are very reasonable, waitstaff is very friendly, and go out of their way to make your experience their an enjoyable one. They also had live music whichmade the ambiance even better. If I'm ever in that part of town, I'll be going back. Read more

Nice place, very authentic. The dishes were great. Do not expect a translation of the menu. They need a better salsa, something... with less black pepper and more tomato. This stuff was straight black pepper, not spicy just off putting. I had the Mexicanplate. It was pretty good. Read more
