I went with high expectations and was still blown away. Everything we ate was so fresh, full of flavor, and left you wanting... just a little bit more. But that doesn't mean you won't get full. The 3 course meal was filling without you ever feeling like itwas too much. The service was great, quick, and the atmosphere pulled it all together. Truly a fine dining experience in themiddle of a college. I highly recommend the summer gazpacho, tilapia, and ice cream duet. There was a small mozeralla andtomato starter, just a couple of bites of goodness to start out. The summer gazpacho was so fresh and tantalizing. Then came thewatermelon shots (non alcoholic) to cleanse the pallet. When the tilapia came out it was beautifully steamed, perfectlyseasoned, and melted like butter in your mouth. Finally, for dessert, the ice cream duet with vanilla and in house strawberryice cream, with just the tiniest bits of ice cream inside that made me immediately share a taste with the table. The Food here is Fantastic! The students do a wonderful job preparing the food under Masterchef direction. If you were to buy... this kind of meal at a Fine Dining retail establishment it would cost you at least double the price! Great food, great service,great price, great atmosphere! I am vegan so I called ahead and explained my food allergies to them and it was a wonderful surprise how much attention was paid... to my request. It was a wonderful experience eating there and the food was absolutely delicious. It was great challenge for thestudents to meet my food restrictions says the professor who kindly approached my table to speak with me. I was so happy andcould not wait for the restaurant to reopen this fall, heading back to see what else they can come up with.
