I come here all the time!! The staff is great, the food delicious, restaurant very clean!! My favorite is being greeted by Mrs.... Honestly one of the worst burgers I've ever eaten. The meat was so smashed and burnt it crumbled all over the place. And then a... few hours later I became incredibly nauseated and violently threw it up. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went to Freddy's Sunday afternoon with some friends; and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect. I saw some of the... reviews and was semi concerned. But there was nothing to worry about on my part. The food came out hot and quickly. The frieshere are better than the onion rings(!), and the cheese curds are even better than the fries! I ordered the California burgerand it was decent. Then... DESSERT! If you are on the fence, I had the dirt and worms custard and it was great. Freddy?s frozen custard and steakburgers is just another fast food restaurant. While the frozen custard is outstanding the... burgers are us simply burgers. The patties are thin so don?t expect a medium cooked burger. When you order a bacon and cheesedouble Steakburger, one would expect the taste of bacon, but that wasn?t so. Go with the jalapeño pepper jack double steakburger for more flavor. The service is good. The staff is friendly. Stop in for the vanilla or chocolate custard. Read more

The store was extraordinary really cleaned, one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. The employees were all courteous... and helpful the food was great we had two double meat original burgers fries and a turtle sundae. The meat had an excellenttaste, they were shoestring french fries not overcooked or undercooked just right wonderful taste also. The turtle sundae it'smade with custard very rich and flavorful. They play rock and roll music on their music system have pictures of all the historyof the owner of the company. There's a sign up from the owner and founder of Freddy's and it says we will never start cookingyour burger until after you have ordered it and it tastes that way very fresh. Got home with my order and wasn't what I was expecting. Burger was just thrown together and my large cheese curds was basically... half full. This location is not great. Second time ordering here and same results; subpar service. Going to start driving to LasCruces when I want freddys. Read more

I am a Freddy's fan and would drive to the east side (couldn't wait for this one to open) to eat when we had the craving. BUT... every time we have gone to this location, it has been a disappointment. Missing food (onion rings), cold food (cold chili dog),green Sierra Mist, rude staff (on our first visit), and this time...we got raw bacon and a raw burger. I can eat a medium wellsteak, but could not gulp the rest of this down. The east side always had super crisp delicious bacon, this seemed microwaved,at best.
