Very good food! The pupu platter had a good variety. The general tsus chicken was nice and crunchy with big pieces of chicken.... The hot and sour soup was very tasty. I will be going here again! Read more
Start with the bad. I had a craving for mapo tofu. When I looked at pictures posted by the restaurant, the dish that appeared to... be mapo tofu, they labeled "szechuan tofu." I'll stop you there, yes, I know it's ALSO on their menu. I flip-flopped a lot onwhich to order, but ultimately went with the Szechuan tofu (since that's what the picture showed...dumb me). I will say, it isstill some of the best Szechuan tofu I've had (granted, I usually order chicken in this style). Looks like I'll just have to goback and get the mapo this time! Give this place a try! My fiance and I decided to have a quick lunch here. Once walking in it looked very beautiful with alot of chinese art. We were... seated in a booth. Our waitress was very polite and punctual. We ordered our food, it came out HOT & FRESH, everything wasdelicious. The egg rolls are a must. My least favorite would be the wonton soup it had no taste to it at all, I've never had awonton soup that tasted like water. During our meal one of the employees/boss, came and refilled our drinks & asked howeverything was so far, He welcomed us back. The food was REALLY good. The restrooms were very clean. Service was incredibly slow. Food was not good, at all. Fried rice didn't taste like anything, chicken wasn't seasoned at all,... vegetables (in 3 different plates) were not cooked at all. Wonton soup tasted like tap water with soy sauce. Ignored othernegative comments because it looking like a hole in the wall restaurant I was hoping it'd be delicious. It was not. Restaurantwas pretty, the Red plates are a nice touch. That's the only positive thing I can say about this place. Read more
