Over all wonderful experience. The only complaint I had was I like my French toast hot so I asked the waitress to hold it until... I was done with my omlette....she brought it to me too soon so when I was ready to eat it, of course it was cold. :( Read more
I got the cheese crusted four cheese melt and fries. I asked for extra crispy fries. Two orders...fries are cold and half cooked... all rubbery super cold in middle. The cheese on the sandwich not even melted. Totally NOT WORTH THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE. IT ISGROSS! Thank you IHOP for being in such a hurry that you ruined my dinner. Are you lazy or incompetent? Very disappointing food. The pancakes, omigod, I'm not a cook, but I've made better with the instant out of the box brand. My... wife and granddaughter weren't happy withe the pancakes either. I've been to IHOP before. I don't know what happened to theirpancakes but I know I'm not going back any time soon. All that being said, the service was excellent as it was in the past. Read more

Whenever I get a chance to get breakfast in the Northeast, IHOP is a treat! I like this location because it is really easily... accessible from either part of the Gateway. This place is always clean, the staff is always friendly and food is always onpoint. Read more
WORST PLACE TO COME FOR SERVICE AND FOOD!!!! Went on 5/15/21 at midnight with family. We had to wait over 10 min before... someone acknowledge us. Then waiting another 30min on top of the 10 min. As you can see in the picture there's no one sittingdown, you can see that it's not packed with people. Asked to speak with manager. I GUESS THERE WAS NO MANAGER AT NIGHT, theserver told me that he would handle my situation. After the waiting my onion rings were undercooked and raw hope corporatedoes something about this !!!!! They always rush you and Never let you Enjoy your food. Also, when coming at night the staff is extremely rude! Avoid this IHOP... at all cost. Or go to Dennys, way better service. Read more
