This store is a joke, they all seem very nice but as soon as they notice an accent or difficulties in the English language they... are rude!. My spouse has a thick accent and he requested extra sauce and the girl just pretend that she did not understand andwent back to the kitchen. I thought this was a random thing, but the second time we went it was the same thing but this time thegirl was Latina but she pretended not to speak Spanish, which is fine, but she was rude and gave us attitude before giving uswhat we needed. Jack in the box is always a safe choice but since I started working on this side of town I?ve been here twice and both times my... order was messed up. I left work because the order I had placed from another restaurant messed up and they put cheese in it so Iwas like I?ll just go get some tacos, I said ?only lettuce? receipt says no sauce and no cheese and guess what was there when Iget to work. Told myself never again. Wife and kiddos wanted a late night snack so we got verity box with tacos, fries, onion rings and... churros for about $11 bucks. Well NASTY BURNED OILY SMELL filled the car. yup straight to the trash. made them peanut butterand jelly sandwiches instead. No more Jack for us. By the way, we use to be big fans of Jack in the Box.
