The location off Mesa hasn't allowed anyone in the dinning area since covid. We used the website, which has the "hot now" label by all locations that have "hot now" signs on, to come get the monthly... special with some other donuts we needed. Drive through clerk mumbled something and the manager rushed to the window to saw thehot now light wasn't actually on, even though it was on both the app and the street... the deal only applied if his window lightwas on because he leaves the hot now sign at the street on all the time. This is the fourth time we have gone, and each time the clerk has been extremely rude and mean. I?ve gave the benefit of the... doubt as it was busy once out of the 4 times however consistently having an attitude is grounds for intervention. Secondly wehave ordered two dozen variety and was given all original. It?s been multiple times that the orders were mixed up, and normallyit would be okay however when you pay for something and given something cheaper then that?s carelessness. This place is awesome!! I love coming when they have their red sign on and I get a free freshly made glazed donut. This time I... bought the new original filled chocolate kreme donut. It was really good! I usually have a bad experience with filled itemsbecause they usually have very little filling but this one was amazing and had enough filling on each bite. Highly recommend!
