We went at 10pm to buy pizza at 965 N. Resler Dr., El Paso, Tx 79912. They close at 11pm however at 10pm they had already... cleaned the ovens so they refused bake a pizza. They said they were not going to fire up the oven because it was already clean.It is now 10:32 pm and website still shows that it's open. Bad place. Olga the manager was ok with this. Read more
Ordered the fanceroni and instead of it being pepperoni to the edge as advertised it was a normal hot and ready crust except... with the little pepperoni. Very disappointed. Read more
I bought pizza before took it home and found out they didn't cut my pizza. So today I told the employee what happened and he... says must be a new employee. But then he didn't cut the pizza right I had to cut it myself. So annoying can't they do their jobright? I bought 2 and both were not cut. One was $5 the other was $10 i guess u pay what u get. Every time I come to this store they never have pizza ready and the kids running this store are like 16 years old have a mess... and never have sense of urgency they really need to have someone with good management skills and a great sense of urgency!! Theyare always hugging each-other in the lobby area and are never professional!! I even doubt they wash there hands here!! Read more
This the worst little Ceasar in El Paso Redd and Resler. Rude employees with no common sense this is a photo of my well done... crazy bread as you can see it?s flat with no cheese awful just bad service.I called back and the manager told me I can come pickup a fresh batch when I had it delivered when I showed up she said I would have to wait for it to bake. I had to wait a while before anyone would come to the front to help me. I ordered the Extramostbestest and it came with less... cheese than a normal pizza. The guy barely spoke English so we had a hard time communicating but I know I paid for the moreexpensive kind of pizza. Read more
Terrible. Ordered a pizza at 9:03 pm. Picked it up almost half an hour later. The employ literally got a pizza from a heating... rack and stuck the order ticket on the box, which was already rounded on the bottom. I opened it up and the pizza looked like itwas made earlier that day. I didn?t want to make a fuss as it was already late and I had things to do. I will never return.
