Cashier was very rude and had an attitude after I wasn't acknowledged for over 10 minutes and brought up that I'd like to order.... She actually had the balls to ask if I really wanted it. Placed my order online at 640pm, at 7pm get an email order is ready. Waited 35 min at 7pm to get me order. Then i ask for a... manager and they send a shift leader outside...ask me what do i need. An apology doesn't cut it. She doesn't even offer anyexplanation just says sorry. I asked for my money back horrible wait times even worst customer service. As I sit here and eat an excellent pizza, hot and covered with great toppings, I want to give this store a 5 star rating, but... sadly I can't. ???? it's my home store in my app with it being close to my house and having a drive thru, wahoo! But tonight, Iordered and picked up through the drive thru only to find when I got home, my pizza was wrong. I'm pretty easy going so I triedto let it work but my family members had allergies to one of the toppings, so I called the manager. She was AWESOME!! Invited meback for a new pizza plus she gave me breadsticks and a drink for my trouble. PERFECT customer service! If that were the end ofthe story, she'd have 5 stars but unfortunately it wasn't. I got home and the second pizza was wrong too. This time, the familycould eat it so we were fine. I reviewed this place about 2 years ago, I gave them 1 star for my last review as well. You think after 2 years they?d get a... clue on how to run a business, thought wrong!!!! I went in and ordered the thin crust pizza that is advertised as hot and readyfrom 4-8 pm. I was there at 6. The girl told me it would be a 13 minute wait because there wasn?t any ready. I said that?s fine,but can I add a topping since you?re starting from scratch? She said yes. Handed her my card. She returned my card and gave methe receipt. It was $23+ for one pizza!!!!! I said wait I just wanted one extra topping. ?Our computer doesn?t do that, if youadd a topping you have to pay the full price. DIDNT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL! I demanded my money back and went to Don Carbon. Theyknow what they are doing there! I will never return to this location. I?m amazed they are even in business still.
