I ordered on the app ahead of time knowing that this location usually takes a while and even arrived later than my estimated... pickup time but when I got there, the pizzas weren?t ready. I work fast food so I understand when rushes occur, but the storewas empty when we got there and during the additional 15 minutes we waited for our two pizzas to be ready. Overall, not the bestcustomer service and really slow wait times so be prepared to wait an hour ! Read more
This Little Caesars is particularly terrible. Everytime I try to get food here something happens. Either they dont have anything... ready, they arent taking card, or they arent accepting large bills. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more
Placed online order, arrived at drive through at designated time. (About 30 mins after placed order) It's been 45 mins waiting... in drive thru and I have yet to get my pizza or Had i not already paid online i would've already left! I recommend going toanother location Read more
July 13th came at 9:50 pm and the door was locked. Guy told me they were closed but I saw someone come out of the drive thru... with pizza, so I went through the drive thru and the dude told me it was gonna be a 30 minute wait so I said cool I'll take thenew thin crust pizza and he yelled that they were sold out so I said il take the 3 meant trio..then told me they were completelysold out of everything. Then I said common really? I asked him for his name and he didn't reply. Super rude and bad customerservice. I'm from out of town and staying at the hotel next door. Do not go drive thru!! I paid $7.06 for this pizza i don?t know if I want to eat it I don?t want to get sick
This has probably been our worst experience of any of the little caesars we?ve been to. The gentleman assisting me was not very... customer service oriented. I knew something was up because he kind of kept chuckling. Well as you can see by the photo, I didnot get what I ordered. My crazy bread was undercooked and my bests most pizza had pepperoni on only half of the pizza as seenbelow, the crust was the most prominent thing on the pizza and it was not even cut into slices. This is why I don?t like goingthrough the drive thru at most fast food establishments. I was extremely disappointed to say the least and won?t ever go back tothis location on Sunland ever and would NEVER recommend this location at all. If I could hit 0 stars, I would have. They made me wait for a fresh triple meat pizza for 40 mins just so I can get an old crusty pizza. I come back to pick it up and... tbh door is locked. The guy had the door closed at 9:11Pm and he had a gentleman outside not wanting to get him a pizza. He hadbig ears and was working on 10-10-2021 with a gray shirt. Wasted my time and money. If that guy was the manager I would hope hisposition is taken away. Read more
Go to ANOTHER location. They will charge you whatever substitutions they will see fit. I asked for a Hot N Ready as we all know... to be the cheapest one and when they told me 7.67 I asked TWICE if that was for the Hot N ready and they said yes. They give methe receipt and it was an extra most bestest pizza. I wouldn't have cared if they told me they didnt have any hot n ready pizzaready but they didn't and they just charged me. I asked why they didn't ask me before charging and the "ASSISTANT MANAGER"Yamilet was soooooo unprofessional telling me to read the menu next time because by "technicallity" that was the Hot N readythey had available lol. So yes she knows that by "technicality" because she works there, I DONT. And I'm sorry but littleceasers is not the best pizza which is why ppl go for it only because it's cheap ??????????? so yes I think this location needsto shut down or hire new staff.
