They take 20 minutes just to talk to you . I make my own pizza faster than them taking my order.
Haven't bought from Cesar's much lately but tonight i thought let's save some money and have a nice large sausage pizza. Third time coming here where THEY TAKE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME!!! Even if/when you order online (you would think it'd be faster)... they STILL TAKE FOREVER!!!!! Wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE!!! Also, one time I wanted to get an Extra Most BestestCHEESE pizza and the lady taking our order who obviously spoke little to NO ENGLISH kept saying/correcting me ?Classic CheesePizza? even though I clearly told her over and over again that it was an Extra Most Bestest. Had to talk to the manager aboutthat like if you don?t have it (even though they do) then DON?T PUT IT ON THE MENU or TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEE BETTER!!! It?s Friday night, and I came to Little Cesar?s and went to the register to order my pizza. I get someone that speaks nothing... but Spanish to me. I understand wanting and needing to work, but I would have more respect for someone that at least tried tospeak to me in English. Definitely not the best of customer service Little Cesar?s. Read more
Horrible experience the lady could not even speak English so the manager I'm assuming attempted to take the order for us. He... offered us some kind of combo with a classic pepperoni and crazy bread and we said sure will take it and then also ordered athin crust as well and they made us wait 20 minutes for one pizza when it should have been 2 since we accepted the deal they hadof the day. We then try to resolve the issue but they said we would have to wait another 15 minutes for a hot and ready to beavailable even though they had some right there the people they're obviously don't know what they're doing and shouldn't besuggesting deals and not coming through on their end. Food is hot and good ... Needs major improvement on customer service. Employees should be trained properly on specials and... product incl.the team lead / manager on duty. I know its a pizza place But a little courtesy and customer service goes a longway. Read more
