Ordered my food in the drive thru with my co worker & we ate our lunch in the parking lot & we had went inside to get a refil... before we head out to work the manager some older lady had yelled at us saying we were not allowed to get refills even tho wehad literally bought our meal 15 min ago , she actually made us pay again or she would report our company so we paid . I willnever come here again , Mc Donald?s do better on who you hire as your managers , some people take theyre job way to seriously. Read more
Limited seating in kid area. I believe they might have been having something done to the other seats that had caution tape on.... The carpet or squishy sponge like carpet also need a good cleaning. Read more
Place was clean but my order was just sitting on the counter until I asked them if that was my order which is upsetting when you... have to ask if thats your order since they don't tell you that it's ready. Extremely disappointed in our food tonight. We ordered fries, nuggets and a Big Mac and everything was so cold and tasted like... it was sitting there. It also had a very distinct taste of cardboard. I also ordered an unsweetened tea because I can?t havesweet tea. They gave me sweet tea. Read more
This is the closest location to my house and I happen to stop by very often and every time I do drive thru my order is messed... up. It's like they don't even listen to what you are saying. They make you wait long waits to even greet you. Then always makeyou park and wait for your food. I've had to repeat myself multiple times when ordering because they just don't care. It'salways BAD service no matter what time you go. From not getting my order complete (missing chicken nuggets from kids happy meal)to getting just random things they decide to throw in your bag. This past weekend I walked in to dine in and the place was justdirty, a man was standing waiting to order for over 5 minutes no one bothered to acknowledge him. Kids area was dirty frombreakfast customers, nothing wss restocked and my order again was missing the chicken nuggets from a happy meal. Every time Iwould ask for help ( wrong food, no clean table to sitndown, no ketchup cups restocked) the girl that I reached out to wouldhave an attitude not even spoke to me just walked away and did what I asked for. Not one apology, no attention at all. (Forgotto ask for her name) (happened Saturday around 3PM wears glasses, dark hair)Management really needs to pay attention towhatever is going on. I can?t emphasize enough on how many time they messed up on my order. Every time I go here something is messed up. Today this... morning I went to go get coffee and I asked the lady to make sure my coffee was not watered down and she gave me an attitudesaying ?do you want less ice? it?s not that hard to make sure the coffee they make doesn?t taste bad. Every time I get coffeehere it taste water down and nasty. Then to top it off when I was ordering my breakfast sandwich?s I asked for no meat just eggand cheese due to my religion. Sure enough when I left I got meat in there. This is not the first time they done that. So ifanyone gets anything from here make sure you taste and check your items before you leave.
