Drive thru takes forever. There’s a group of young boys working here. Can’t get an order right at all.. seriously. Get a... different job of fast food is too complicated of a task for you guys… Tell them you’re missing a burger….. 15 minuteslater… how the heck is there a group of people working , dining room is closed and y’all still have delays andcomplications. The worst food experience in this McDonald’s the manager handled to me a hot and spicy McChicken like out the trash The bread... was hard and cold with pieces of old lettuce inside and outside the lettuce had black pieces, the patty was smushy and cold.(Not at rush hour) Read more

This location never fails to disappoint. Time and time again, you cannot get one simple order correct. My order isn’t modified... or any special request, besides what’s shown on the menu. This is not just an isolated event. More often than not, you guyscannot seem to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit correct. You either throw a Mc Griddle or another biscuit. It seems your stafflacks training or does not know how to execute a simple order. Besides telling me to just go eat somewhere else, Mc Donald’stends to be consistent throughout the country. But, not this store. So, if you stop here. ALWAYS make sure to check your order.I won’t even mention how they always make every single vehicle pull into a waiting lane before their food is handed to them. Read more

I bought a shake which had very little whip cream , 2 burgers which were cold like if they had been out for a while and fries... wich where completely cold too and hard, very bad service in my opinion. I’m sorry but I do not recommend going to thisMcDonald’s . Read more
I would say five stars but there is a rude "Karen" being disrespectful to children all the while she breaks the rules brining in... outside food. Which is a health code violation! She claims to work here. Spoke disrespectfully toy children. When I agreed withher the children could NOT climb on the toddler area but could play with their toddler sibling she became more rude. Badcustomer service. The rest of the staff is five stars. She's gets zero and us the reason they are rated lower. Retrain thisemployee please. She walked up to my children NO MASK. She went to get the manager . Manager went ahead and allowed this womanto break the rules and continue to eat outside food in the restaurant. Of course rules only apply to the ones whom work there.Restaurant number 5581. Manager is stuck between her friend breaking the rules and agreeing to not break rules for all.Disappointing. Due to our skin color we are discriminated against by this location. Military families DO NOT GO TO THISLOCATION. THEY DO NOT WANT YOU. Autistic children are also NOT welcomed as this woman made that crystal clear. If you see herDon't GO IN. There are better locations whom are clean, friendly, and NON DISCRIMINATORY. Read more
