First time going here. Drove through the drive thru. I ordered a brakefast sausage muffin with NO cheese. They obviously for got... to make it with no cheese, so they just pealed the cheese off, there was still cheese that was already melted on the meat.Really...not hood practice for people with food allergies! And for a multi billion dollar company, unacceptable cheap pratice tomitigating cost and cover up a mistake! I would expect better! Read more
Sorry to say, but this is the dirtiest McDonalds by far. My husband and I went to order 2 senior cokes, and I walked in. They... did not want to take order over the counter, I was told to use the Kiosk, unfortunately I am a little visually impaired andcannot use it. I tried to tell the lady but she ignored me. So we decided to drive through instead and order. But before leavingI went to use the women's bathroom, and I was amazed how dirty it was, and no toilet paper, the floors were wet and dirty paperlaying around the toilet. So I wonder, when the employees use the bathrooms what do they wipe with, then return to serve foodand beverages. My husband asked if I wanted to order a hamburger, but after advising him what I saw, he said forget it. So weleft without ordering anything. Careful where you eat, when in a hurry. If you go inside at night you can use a credit card. But in the drive thru you have to use cash. This store actively attempts to... stop you from ordering. Read more
You are forced to use the kiosk and take a number. then the kiosk doesn't take your debit payment. it gives you an order... confirmation receipt that you take to the Register and pay. then they yell out the receipt number when the number you took whenordering was So THEY WOULD BRING YOUR ORDER TO YOUR TABLE, BUT THEY DON'T. IM AMAZED HOW SLOW THEY ARE AT GETTING YOUR ORDERREADY when the lobby is Empty. Read more
