as big as this company is and as busy and money generating each day in this location I can't believe they on 1 month without... selling frappes...sold out?? you Need to be stocked up to keep on selling it doesn't make sense at all..but then again thislocation has had very questionable actions and employees..I hope someone really looks into this or makes calls to the areamanager to look into this...just doesn't make sense to take off things that sell great Read more

Good flavor as usual, slow, they charge for side of jalapeños, then you have to wait like for a regular order, a bit ridiculous... if you keep in mind you are on the middle of your meal, anyways, another McDonalds. Read more
To say I was VERY disappointed would be an understatement. Using the app we ordered to get a free iced coffee. Ended up... ordering food along with the coffee. Fries must have been either over loaded into the fry basket or they pulled them out tooearly! The sauce packets seem to have been popped in the box and just been sitting there. They are disgusting!!! The chickennuggets seemed to be nice and fresh, after biting into one I can tell they put them back into the fryer to heat them up. Management really needs to pay more attention!! The coffee had coffee grounds at the bottom and it tasted like trash!!!! Evenfor a free coffee I would expect more. Never will I EVER come to this location again!!! Very disappointed and that?s saying alot! McDonald?s is never my go to because the quality never seems up to par, this has by far been the worst visit!! Read more
Update** I've been rather pleased the last two times I've gone. I've been attended quickly and have encountered friendly enough... staff. The bathrooms continue to be an issue although not as bad as previous experiences. All in all not a badexperience.** Bathrooms always disgusting.... And zero customer service skills to be found. All staff couldnt care less aboutthe store nor customers. Work on your customer service skills.... Make all staff take courses on service.... It's that bad.Even the Manager's..... The fact that the rent-a-cop thinks he is the law at the restaurant is unacceptable. First of all it a restaurant. Early in the... morning my brother and I went to grab some breakfast, my brother is diabetic and needed to use the restroom. The securitygrabbed and yelled at my brother as he was entering the restroom. He stated that he needed to purchase something before going tothe restroom. My brother informed him that he was going to make a purchase but had to release him self due to havingdisabilities. The security guard didnt care and blocked the restroom entrance. Read more
