I had paid for my food this morning at mc donald's so I decided to pay it forward and pay for the people's food in cars behind... me. I paid for one so I told the cashier to pay for the next one she closed the window and came back and said you already usedthis card you can't use it again and I asked why it's my business card and she gave me a look like I stole the card. It made mefeel so uncomfortable as a black woman to be looked at as if I stole something to help someone else and being that they wasbeing ignorant made those people miss a blessing. I'm so tired of some people in El paso not all always treat black people asif they steal or don't have money. Went to the bathroom after dropping family off at the airport, then was going to get breakfast. Skipped breakfast after being in... the most disgusting bathroom ive ever been in... I wish i was kidding, the gas station next door is cleaner. Urine was on thefloor and someone had taken #2 in the trash can, then in the big trash can beside the sinks, was overflowing with paper toweland the floor was just the trashcan at that point. It seems lately this fast food restaurant has been out of control as far as customer service and professionalism. The Culprit... now is the McDonald?s on airway and Montana. Just as the other review on here talks about a big dude at night shift I thinkit?s the same one that I?m about to talk about since on the phone he claimed to be the manager but I don?t know for sure becausesays he would not and refused 100% to give me his name. Since when does McDonald?s refuse to have its employees the right todeny to give out their name mind you these are the people making our food. It was a timing issue and I could not wait for themto prepare the food since I thought that since I ordered online it would be ready for me for pick up so I said I would be laterto pick up the food or if I can have a refund he denied BOTH was some of the rudest attitude that I?ve ever seen in a fast foodemployee. I?m sorry I don?t know in what world he thinks he lives in but I don?t think it?s OK for a company to just keep yourmoney that way. People, It can be hard at times but if you can avoid McDonald?s as much as you can in this area I would. Big dude at night shift in blue shirt was rude didn?t give everything we paid for and when I told him he gave attitude and made... it petty checking a new receipt. Took long with the order that was cold and dry. Restaurant was dirty and don?t give attentionwhen need help. Read more
I work nights so by the time I?m off I tend to put in a order for myself or my family through Uber eats. These guys stay getting... the order wrong and continue to do nothing about it. Go to the Montana one if u prefer accurate service Read more
Food was hot and very good, made the line go by fast even with 7 cars waiting in front of me
