Had a terrible experience. My first and last time eating here. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When I got my order it had no... bacon, buns were cold, burger was falling apart from all the grease. When I let them know the about the mess up the managerquestioned me as if I was lying. He gave me the bacon instead of making the order again, bacon was old and completely cold. Really bad service because they had us waiting in the line for a long time and we tried to get their attention to ordered they... ignored us, the burger nothing like in the menu picture really small the bacon burnt, we were walking to our table and 2employees that were sitting down eating laughed at me and my sister which my sister has down syndrome and i use something on myfeet to help me walk you guys need to educate and train your employees to respect and accept people how they are. With all my previous experiences, mooyah was amazing, but the employees need more training or to be fired.. Cooks were what... seemed like kids, burger was undercooked, ingredients were completely wrong. Soggy buns and fell apart if you held it, we almostwent to eating it with a fork? Felt like it was killing me because it was pink, what it did to my stomach (ate half) was worsethan what taco bell could ever do.. I now have food poisoning because of the patty or they put something in my burger imallergic to (jalapeños) if your going to mooyah here, make sure you check the food before eating.. $40 down the drain. We are new in town and thought we would try this place. I ordered a meal but told the guy we wanted a shake INSTEAD of the soft... drink. Usually a place may change you a buck or even two more but they said ?ok, Will charge you separate for that:? so theybasically wanted to charge me for the shakes separately and then not give me the soft drink with the meal that I ordered. Thereis no upgrading anything. It was me and my nine-year-old and my husband. My nine-year-old wanted to shake so I ended up havingto order an entire meal all individually. I ordered a separate burger, a separate fries and a separate shake. By the time wewere done buying two burgers and some chicken strips the bill was $41. We finally got our food after a very long wait and theyhad shorted us my order of fries(yeah, the one I had to order separately from my burger just so I didn?t get a soft drink Ididn?t want).! I had to show them my receipt before they believed me and gave me the fries. Then I had to ask them for the shakeI ordered! I payed five bucks for my sons shake and take a look at the picture of what we got. The big cup is the soft rank andthe smaller cup is the shake. An adult should never order this if you want more than one or two sips of a shake for fivedollars! The shake is extremely tiny! Needless to say we won?t be back. When we left, there was another lady telling ourfamily that was in line to be aware that they had been sitting there a really long time and still hadn?t gotten their food. Not too happy with this place today. We waited in line for a few min then once we got to the counter, we were ignored. We told... the guys we were ready to order and they told us we have to wait till they finished fixing the orders they had in front of thembefore taking new orders. We stood there for several more min then decided to grab cups, get sidas, and sit while we waited. Yeswe pd for the sodas with our orders. I got bacon with my burger and both the bacon and burger were burnt, to the point I couldonly eat a few bites. The fries were good, but the amt that was given...I would have liked more fries in that container. Maybeit was just this location, but I don't think I will go back there. Read more

Passing through from San Diego to San Antonio and I had to stop by my favorite burger place today. I chose the Keto Iceburger... today because I'm trying to change my eating habits and lose a few pounds. This my 3rd burger from MooYah - I want to try themall! I'll admit that It was difficult not to choose a burger without a bun because they make the best buns!! They are sooo good???????? Anyway, I was strong and got the lettuce instead, and except for it being a little too much lettuce (enough for aregular sized salad) the burger combined with the condiments was EXCELLENT! Turkey, cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado, jalapenos,and I added mushrooms. OMG I was in Heaven! All those flavors are wonderful together. It was hard to eat and messy, but worthit.
