12/03/22 FOODS GREAT! This isn’t my first time coming to this Olive Garden and it won’t be my last. I have nothing but good... things to say about the management or food here! Today was different. I had a server named Janet, starting off everything wasfine ordering my family and I and getting our drinks. We ordered a soup and salad and when we received the soup and salad weasked for ranch and crushed peppers. I understand an establishment like this can be busy however it’s no excuse to completelyforget our request. She came back around a second time and when we asked her for the previous request she spoke in a very rudetone telling us to give her a second. After waiting several seconds, we still did not get what we requested. Janet please ifyou’re reading this, find something better for yourself. Our server was Emily and she was so awesome! The food was fantastic as well. The only con was the table of 14 next to us, they... didn't control their children and they kept bumping our table. Terrible service. When we came in we were given the option to sit at the bar to which the hostess mentioned “you can sit at... the tall tables or booth, wherever you’d like.” We weren’t walked in so we sat at a tall table and waited until one of thebooths in the bar area was cleaned. Once it was we switched tables. Another hostess came and rudely said “this booth isreserved”, I told her what the first hostess had said and that they never mentioned the booth wasn’t allowed to which shereplied “sorry, this is for the other guests.” We ended up leaving shortly after. During our initial 10 minute wait alreadyin the bar area no servers approached us. We saw three servers at the bar area on their phone but no service. Trulydisappointed. Read more

Worst experience with an Olive Garden. Walked in had to wait a 5-10 minutes once that passed told to wait a few more. Then all... of a sudden a table opens up by the bar. The lady that sat us pointed at two people as if to say who will wait on us. They bothshook their heads. ????. It’s the craziest thing that in a town like this there wouldn’t be better customer service. Belucky people are spending money and tipping. So we went to BDubs instead. Went out for dinner on a Monday and it was pretty busy! Vicki took amazing care of us! She greeted us quickly and was very... attentive. We could tell she was busy but she made sure we felt acknowledged and taken care of. The host at the front wasextremely polite as well. We will definitely be back soon! I’ve been to Olive Garden many times. This is the best experience I’ve had. Ever. Reduced menu, but everything was fresh,... delicious and the service was great, despite known staff shortages everywhere. I even ordered take home pasta. Cheers! I was visiting El Paso for four days. I visited twice and both times my chicken scampi was beyond delicious. I sat at the bar... and ordered two different drinks-malibu bay breeze and a margarita. My waiter/bartender was Sebastian. Super attentive, fast andtook the details down that I wanted for my order.
