This place has been a mainstay for a while; however the customer service is miserable. Enrique is at the front and the phone... accepting take out orders. Dude has me on hold for over 20 minutes clearly unable to handle two things as once. I call back andhad me on hold another 10. When I finally order the order takes 45 minutes to prepare which is a lot for take out. Best part, Iget to the restaurant and he totally forgot the big dish and asked if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes for it to be prepared. He didn’t offer any discount and told me to “calm down” when I got upset at this incompetency. Honestly, who are theyhiring to work the front desk who can’t handle some basic responsibilities? Read more

Service was nice. Hence the 3 star. I've never had duck before and decided to try it from here. I can say I'm not a big fan. I... had the almond duck crispy and I didn't care for it. For $20 q single serve, not worth it. I'll try something else next time I'maround this restaurant Read more

First time. Really disappointed. The place is nice and the ambiance was cool but the food was disgusting. Sweet and sour... chicken, I could not bite into one piece that was riddled with fat. And it was pretty gross. The fried shrimp rice tasted asthough I swallowed a spoonful of salt. The orange chicken was watery and had no flavor. I heard great things about this placebut definitely not coming back. I’m literally craving Panda Express as I sit here looking at my disgusting chicken. Read more

Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. Wanted to order take out and was told it would be 2 hours. Understood... since it was a holiday and was willing since I love the food. They promised to call when it was ready. Received the call anddrove over to pick up. Get there and I am informed that it actually wasn’t ready and that they tried to call to stop me fromcoming. Was promised it would be out in a few minutes. 45 minutes later no food no check in nothing. Drove off and will never beback. Way to lose a customer of 30 years. Read more

I was not expecting walking into Paco Wong, that it be a fancy Chinese restaurant. From the looks of it outside, it reminded me... of a Chinese Buffett. The menu is ginormous , it can be difficult finding something to eat with over 6-7 pages of entrees. Thefood tasted alright, the service was good, the prices to me are a little high. Read more

We were greeted by the hostess Anna and she took care of us right away. We really appreciate her swift handling of getting us a... table ready. She does such a great job. Our waiter Sergio was very quick and although they were super busy, he brought theorder out quickly and did not leave us unattended at all. Thank you Mr. Wong for the great experience at your restaurant. Read more

Personally enjoyed the atmosphere and the culture outside/inside of the building. Food was great! Really enjoyed my fried rice... with shrimp and pork dumplings! Service was a little lack luster due to the fact of language barrier, but overall greatrestaurant! Read more

Went there for dinner. Had to wait at front till someone came to show us to a table. Staff was friendly and the menu is... extensive. We ordered Mandarin duck and Cantonese duck. Told it would be 25 minute wait on duck entree, that's fine. We hadappetizers and drinks while we waited. When food was ready, it was the wrong dish, not Mandarin duck, but duck with mushrooms. That dish was more expensive than what I had ordered. They knew it was wrong item and still served it, we had to tell them itwas wrong and they blame it on their cook. We were told it would be another 25 minutes to cook correct dish. We said we're notwaiting another half hour for them to cook the correct dish. We ate some of the mushroom dish and it was very sweet and too muchsauce drowning duck meat. So I only ate small portion of it and most of rice instead. Very disappointing and Cantonese duckclaimed to come with rice pancakes. They were rice tortillas?! Complained to management and were still charged for moreexpensive wrong dish. We got our lemonades free, big deal! Never going back there. Read more
