Today at around 12:56pm I went to this location to order my food and waited behind a white truck for over 10 minutes. I got... frustrated and decided to go inside the Panda Express just to find out they gave my order to someone else. They took 3 minutestrying to find my order but I saw them give my bag of food to the guy in the white truck already. Not to mention by the time Iwalked inside the guy with the white truck was still at the window. Doing what? I have no clue. They wasted my time and gashorrible experience. I have sent corporate a complaint about this location. I forgot to mention also they gave me hard rice(look at the picture) disgusting. Read more
I was getting this for my grandbabies, two of them asked for this by name. I wasn't sure about one of the items I wanted to get... them, so I asked if I could sample it and I was told straight out no, we do not do samples here. I said okay and got it anywayand they did not like it....so I was a little disappointed I wasted the money on it. Other than that the stop here wasn't sobad. Read more

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. I got something else and tried to have them replace... the wrong order. The woman behind the counter told me I wouldn?t need to scope out the wrong order and throw it away but keepthe rice because they got the fried rice portion correct. The meal was not prepared correctly, I had to make the correctionsmyself, and the food did not taste good. Horrible service. Read more
Came to Panda Express for dinner. They were out of a lot of things which was understandable due to Covid. But we received... spoiled steamed rice. Regardless of the shortage any business is going through you do not serve any one something that isspoiled. There was a stench, discoloration and webbing from the rice. My cousin didn?t noticed it and put a spoonful of it inhis mouth. So I called Panda Express and Spoke to MJ the assistant manager to call about the spoiled rice they gave us. Sheapologized and said to come back and the entire receipt was on them. Came back the next day and MJ wasn?t there. The employeessaid they followed her notes about only covering one meal. They got her on the phone and she said she didn?t mean to tell usthat the entire receipt was on them. Next time you offer to correct your mistake please correct your words as well. Where's the beef and chicken? I ordered a family meal and the package seemed lighter than usual. Get home and the food is not... filled to the top. Containers were missing almost 1/4 of the food. I guess the workers are trained by the franchise owners tocheat customers by adding less food to save on costs. Other Panda Express restaurants don't scam you as much as this one. Read more
