I recently ordered a pizza and although it was correct, the entire pizza was delivered smashed into one single corner of the... box. I was so tired and hungry I just accepted it and ate. After making a small remark in my satisfaction survey, I was happy toget a call directly from the store manager telling me that anyone in his store would retake the order again at no charge. It'snice to have my neighborhood places reach out to their clients to help or fix a problem or mishap. Thanks to S.M. Aaron for histhoughtfulness and Isaac for fulfilling the second order. I would have given 5 stars but I did have to eat the original pizzathat looked like the hulk is the working as a uPs deliveryman. Thanks guys. Read more
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza on Aug 7. When I showed up to pick up the pizza it was burnt and the cashier was insanely... rude. I left feedback on the order through a papa johns email. On the 9th I received a phone call from the manager saying he wassorry for my experience and he was going to give me a free large pep pizza for my next order. That I needed to call the storeand tell them the manager gave me that deal. When I just tried to do that and place the order they are claiming the manager hasno idea about that deal. It seems like the manager just called me to please the papa johns customer service quota and didn?twrite or grant that free pizza. Ridiculous company. Read more
6 months pregnant and had a late night random craving! It was So sweet of them to allow me to order all the veggies toppings on... a small pizza even when they were about to close. We order delivery from this location very frequently. It is always accurate, and quick to arrive. Today I messed up online, I... meant to order ahead Instead of instantly, I called immediately after pressing submit and they told me my order was already inthe oven, but the nice lady on the phone fixed the issue and got my order to me at the time I had requested. Not good at all. Pizza without tomato sauce. Bad service. Everything just made the lazy way..
