This is a follow up to a review to one I posted several months ago due to a very negative experience I had with my daughters... birthday party. I will not be able to go back and change that experience but I must admit and acknowledge what an absolutetremendous job Ariana, Denise, Alyssa and GM Raul Bueno did in trying to rectify what happened, not only was I given a refundthey provided an opportunity for my other daughter to have an amazing fun party. They went above and beyond to accommodate us inevery aspect. Their professionalism, courtesy, and all around customer service was outstanding. As I took the time to write anegative review I now fill obligated to spend as much time simply saying THANK YOU!!! Job well done. I truly appreciate all thehard work they gave so freely.
