This is a follow up to a review to one I posted several months ago due to a very negative experience I had with my daughters... birthday party. I will not be able to go back and change that experience but I must admit and acknowledge what an absolutetremendous job Ariana, Denise, Alyssa and GM Raul Bueno did in trying to rectify what happened, not only was I given a refundthey provided an opportunity for my other daughter to have an amazing fun party. They went above and beyond to accommodate us inevery aspect. Their professionalism, courtesy, and all around customer service was outstanding. As I took the time to write anegative review I now fill obligated to spend as much time simply saying THANK YOU!!! Job well done. I truly appreciate all thehard work they gave so freely. We had a good time, there were two parties going on, but the place still didn't feel full, it a big layout. Kids love the... pizza and the games. I love the pizza fast service all the times we've been here. They've been polite and nice to the kids. Mywife does order vegetarian pizza and that's pretty dang good. ???????? Read more
All you can eat at salad bar and pizza for lunch. Good variety of savory and sweet pizzas to choose from. The salad bar not much... of a selection of items but it was just ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was a great priced lunch special. Read more
Good tasty pizza and the wings were amazing. Service was quick and friendly. It was busy, but the orders were flowing so we did... not have to wait long. The wings were great double cooked. Only issue was the table was a bit dirty and it appeared as it wasrecently wiped down. Read more
The manager Raul, was super disrespectful and mean to my young son. My son asked him a simple question about the games and he... snapped at him and yelled at him. This guy should NOT be a manager! I will not go back to any Peter piper until this guyleaves. Read more
