I've got to agree with a lot of these folks. The quality of the pizza is down graded the staff is lacking responsibility as they... are just kids. I'll also say this..it's quite annoying how the female staffers treat customers. They are RUDE (although veryflirtatious with the men) and if they feel "threatened" by you aka insecure they act on it. Most importantly COUNT your tokens.I can't tell you how many times these rude GIRLS have given less than 100 tokens I've had to address it at lease twice. Prettyridiculous if you ask me. Read more
Quality of pizza has gone down. Pizza crust all gummy and sometimes not even fully cooked. Every pizza we?ve ordered these last... 2 months has come super thin crust (even though we didn?t order thin crust) and just awful gummy undercooked dough, poorly madebad crust. Don?t know if it?s because it?s new people who don?t know how to make the dough or pizza or what it is. Customerservice has gone down as well, young people working there are always curt or rude. You call to place an order and no one answersor they answer and hang up. Sad to see the quality of food and customer service go down so much this year. Read more
Unfortunately I?m going to have to rate our visit with one star. The quality of pizza has changed tremendously, as we were just... receiving our pizza and wings we sit down and grab a slice and literally all the cheese and meat is just falling the pizzaleaving just the marinara sauce on the bread. Then the wings. I can?t even explain, there was literally no sauce on them unlessthey watered it down you Bite into the wing and you take the bone into your mouth the whole wing was falling apart . The tastehas changed the quality went down really bad. We usually pick this pizza to come to because it?s delicious but I?m not sure whatoccurred today I don?t know if it?s because we came earlier in the day. 56 dollars was not worth for what they served us. The pizza and wings were good today.the staff was attentive and the place was clean. We asked for the wings double baked, and... during that time our pizza was done and just sat there. We asked for the pizza to be reheated and the staff gladly did it.Turned out good after all. Read more
I called to order a pepperoni pizza only. Young man answeee said hello gave him my name then he hung up on me. 2nd call around ,... tells me co workers are being loud in the back and he can?t hear me. Then says he can?t proceed with the order because he can?thear me. I would call that avoidance, I was trying to order a pizza because the website was having issues. Poor customerservice. Read more
