Horrible customer service. The employees stand around on their phones and talk while ignoring customers. Two of the girls... literally looked at me, gave me an ugly look, and turned around and kept talking. Spoke with manager and he said he will addressit but literally left them standing there talking and being on their phones while handling people's food. Super unsanitary andvery irresponsible employees. Customers should know employees handle their phones then touch your food with all those germs. Iwill be calling el paso county public health since the manager feels no need to do anything about it. Read more

Did a birthday party here today at 1:30pm The tables to other reserved parties are to close. I could feel everyone against my... back side from the table behind me. I did not like the manager on site today 5/21/22 at 1:30 he was beyond rude with hisdisruptive attitude towards the host and my family. Very unprofessional!!! This guys needs to be trained again on being amanager. For a party for 12 kids it came out to 179.00 with the 30.00$ deposit. Pizza was burnt. Drinks were good. Salad wasok. Some staff that I interacted with were professional and polite they need too train their manager how to act withcustomers. My hostess was kind but I feel like she had too many reservations to handle. Excellent service even on a busy Saturday. We had a great experience. Pizza was great and everything was perfect. The games... section has different games compared to the locations on the west side of El Paso. Highly recommend this location. Read more
I was hyped to come here because my family went and said how great they thought it was a few weeks ago. They were probably right... but today wasn?t their shining moment. My thoughts today: 1. Well it?s clean. 2. Management definitely is trying to tank thisplace. The analytical cashier- well I see where you were going but he?s not a welcome committee. He?d be better on fries orsomething more process oriented. Nice enough kid but let?s rethink this. The coke machine is putting out warm drinks and runsout of ice. I gave up and threw it out without drinking after 3 attempts. Yes we asked for more ice. Who watered down thesauce? You can taste it. It?s weird. You?ll lose more customers that way as opposed to doing it right. Sausage- no taste atall. If I?m going to be held accountable for the calories, I want to taste them. The pizza looks great!
