I ordered from door dash, pizza box was open on the right side. Called pizza hut and they said call door dash who gave a refund... for less than 50% of what I paid. Went to the store and the manager, Mr. Meadows, was very helpful and apologized. Also told methe separation between door dash and why they have to handle things like that, but he still provided a replacement pizza. Whenordering from here will use the stores own delivery or come pickup, very nice staff even when late at night. Read more

We ordered a pizza at 12:45, at 2:15 we called. Ecause it wasn't delivered. And they decided to tell us they don't start... delivery till 2pm and it would be another 90 min. Stop using an outside service to handel your phones who don't have any ideaif what is going on at the store. Read more

Beware -- this location uses DOOR DASH to deliver your order. It's not mentioned ANYWHERE when you place the order, only half an... hour or so after the order is placed you get a text message saying that DOOR DASH will deliver your pizza. An hour later or soyour pizza still hasn't been delivered. After about two hours it still hasn't been delivered and when you call to ask about ityou're connected with a call center, and with someone who can't understand you, wants to talk over you, and just really doesn'tlisten at all. Ordered pizza, breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon rolls online. Was told a 4:10 delivery time. Got a text message 20 minutes later... saying DOORDASH was delivering. Its now been an hour and no pizza. The delivery time keeps moving up. We called to cancel theorder, and can't even speak to someone IN the Pizza Hut location (it was a call center). They told us they can refund us all butwhat we added as tip for the DOORDASH driver -- what kind of BS is that? We were never informed when we ordered that we werehaving it delivered by DOORDASH or we would have never ordered. We went to the store to see what the deal was and were told itwas cancelled, yet again they can't refund us for the delivery fee that the driver from DOORDASH, who never came, gets. Fiveminutes after writing this review, a delivery guy showed up and had ONE pizza -- nothing else, ONE pizza, which means our entireorder had not been sent anyhow. Read more

Have ordered from this location 3 times and every time we all get food poisoning. Never again! The 3rd time I ate here I was... pregnant and from non stop vomiting I had to go to the hospital and get an IV. I couldn't keep anything down for hours on end. Read more

Not a favorite Pizza Hut store. We were passing through on our family vacation and Pizza Hut sounded good. It was a bit... difficult for an out of towner to get into the parking lot, as we missed the turn,so make sure you dont pass up the drive oryoull have to circle around the one way streets to get back to the store. Dine-in customers are given plastic cutlery which isdefinitely not ideal for cutting up pizza for children. There were no fountain drinks (including water) so we had to purchaseoverpriced bottled beverages instead. The service was fast, but the pizza had an off, almost chlorine flavor to the crust. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Was told order would be ready @ 7:00pm. I arrived on time for the pizza and wasn't ready,... which I understand. I waited an extra 40 mins in the lobby and still wasn't ready after I was told I was next. Customersreceived their orders but I never received mine. I asked for my money back and not even an apology.
