Worst customer service, bathrooms are kept lock, I was ordering while my 4 year old son needed to use thw bathroom.... manager... told me he could not use the buthroom until my order was placed. I odered and it took him 3 minutes more to walk and open thebathroom.... sounds absurd but just crazy to me that they will enforce policies as such even for kids and expect to have a goodsale..... worst place to me but that is just my opinion.... need to change the manager that is worst than inhumane just foranybody to be asking permission to go to a tolilette... Terrible service! Walked in on Oct 5 2022 at aprox 1:30pm. The man at the counter was unfriendly and seemed to be bothered for... having to take our order. We had sat down at the table as we have at the all the other pizza huts. But he told us we had toorder at the counter. Then when we were ordering he was very dismissive. We ended up just leaving. Terrible delivery experience and terrible management on the 4:45 to 6:30 shift on 7/12 at the 7960 N. Mesa location. Beware they... only have 1 delivery driver folks. You're pizza may show up luke warm or maybe even cold. Called and spoke to the manager and itseemed she didn't care. My pizza hut app stated that it was out for delivery for over an hour. Not the first time this hashappened. If you reside on the Westside, order from the Resler location if you can. Pizza Hut is the best pizza out there in myopinion. I love it. But this location lacks the quality for it's customers. Read more
We hadn't eaten anything from pizza hut in a few years so we decided to give it a go. It was great, the stuffed crust pizza was... awesome. But I don't expect to be doing this again in a long time. Overall I'd say that their pizzas haven't changed much theirstill very good and filling of course. Read more
