i feel like a good amount of the reviews are right on the money with thia. girl at the counter was a little off, and i had eaten... here before and they gave me a really great portion size but now i feel like i paid $15 for literally half a bowl of food. idkwhat happened but there like nothing in there in the first place. not to mention i straight up saw a piece of fish in the areawhere the noodles are supposed to be. I love the bowls here, they?re my comfort food and I?m a regular here. However they NEVER have boba, doesn?t matter if I come... early or late they just never have it. And when I asked today why, the girl said ?people never order it so we just don?t makeit?. Huh? Maybe people don?t order it because you don?t make it. Anyways She told me she could make it for me without thetapioca and surely I thought that?d be discounted. But she said it would still be full price which seemed ridiculous for justputting powder in some water. Anyways I still love this place and will continue to come Im just so confused as to why theyliterally never have boba. Read more
No hairnets, attitude completely shifts when you ?skip? tipping (attitude was already a 2/5 when walking in) and this hurts the... business; specially because the food is actually good. If all that changed I?d probably be a regular. Read more
The pokey was good but the sushi rice the past couple times I have gone has been severely undercooked. I noticed this time that... they switched from short or medium grain sushi rice to a long grain which is probably what is contributing to their undercookedrice problem. The flavors are great and the spicy salmon is always fresh, so I hope they can get this rice situation settled. Read more
This place was great! The taste was amazing and they loaded up the bowl! I even added an extra protein! It was comfortable to... sit in, not too cold and not too hot. They had a large selection to choose from or you can just make your own. So if you wantfish then just add fish? they make it right in front of you as well and the chefs were nice! First time visiting. I was not impressed by the food nor the establishment. Rice was overcooked and loose. Cucumber was soggy,... crab was just strings of plain crab. I ate the fish and tossed the rest of the bowl. Establishment was warm inside which is aconcern considering raw fish is being served. Service was average. Read more
Worst Poke I've ever had, maybe the worst meal I've ever paid money for. 20 minute wait at the drive through with no one in... front of me, then they forgot half my order. Rice was dry, container was a tiny deli container, not a bowl, so sauce (a goopypink mayonnaise that is an insult to citrus ponzos everywhere) spilled all across my car.
