This is not a rating on the company in its entirety. This is a rating on the Montwood location. The person in the intercom was... out of it I had to repeat myself several times. When I got to the window she told me there is a wait on chicken and I said fine.The she asked if I would rather have spicy because it's ready and I agreed for the sake of time since I was in my lunch break.When I finally got to opening the box to eat the chicken, I came across the driest and saddest trash chicken I've ever seen inmy life. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 piece all white combo with Unsweetened tea. When I got home it was 2 piece dark meat with sweet... tea, no receipt was given tried to call the store to complain and didn't get an answer. I do not recommend this popeyes. Read more
