When the food came it looked old cold was so an unappetizing there was no way I was going to eat it I called and asked him to... please come back and get it and if I could have something else they said no that was just the way it was I was a palled at theirattitude and unwillingness to make the dinner order right. I am 65 years old and I have never seen anybody act like they didabout their food and told me it was just too bad so sad. The hotel I was out which is a nice one told me that their food wasgood I looked at their reviews and thought it would be OK but completely in shock when I got the food and if I were anybody elseI would never ever order from them. In all my years I have never seen a restaurant behave the way they did and so unwilling tomake it right I basically threw $25 in the garbage. So unprofessional and so unwilling to help the customer and I am not a fussyperson or hard to get along with. So needless to say after a long day of driving/traveling it all went in the garbage and I hadto figure out some thing else. If you have any brains you would never order from them which is a shame that they are thatunwilling to help make your dinner order right . Sadly, in my opinion Quik Wok has gone downhill. This used to be such an awesome place. One of my favorite orders used to be the... Sweet and Sour Chicken. This year I have ordered it to go four times along with a hefty order of other items. The first threeorders were horribly overcooked to where I could not even chew it...solid...after so many years of being a customer for so manyyears I decided to give it another chance. When I ordered I told them about the previous three orders and she assured me itwould not happen again. So I ordered it, got it home based on trust...and again unedible. Found a hair in my food. Asked to get a refund and they refused. I had to dispute it with my bank, no way would I ever give this... disgusting and unprofessional establishment my money. This place is ridiculously expensive for the quality of food. Neverreturning and neither should you unless you enjoy other people's DNA in your fried rice and getting your $ stolen. Read more
By far the worst place. I wish the owner saw my food. I was ordering the same meal every day while at work answering calls. Gave... same instructions to leave food at the door. I played for the food over the phone. I couldn't answer the door and they took thefood that I paid for. Then when they brought it back the Mongolian beef had like 3-4 pieces of beef literally after they againstarted to knock on window. Im hungry and have onion soup. Dont waist your money.
