I think it's been a very long time since the owner has sat down and ordered from their own restaurant. Rivas must have been a... good place at some point, but now it is just an oversalted, cheap quality, and overpriced mess. I ordered the nachos and thewatery guacamole was sloppily thrown to one side. There was hardly any cheese or beans, and last time I checked those aren'tsome pricey items , so I'm not sure why they decided to be stingy about them. If you are not a local and have no nostalgic tiesto this establishment, then I highly suggest you take your hard earned money elsewhere. This place is atrocious. Read more

Best place so far. I have only been here a week and so far this place is fire. I?m not giving it a five because os little... things. The meat was a little salty, my coke was not cold and the staff a was not serious it polite and helpful. My wife got achimiechanga and my kids got a carne asada quesadilla. They where both really good. I got/ made what I call cielo, mar y tierra,which is grilled chicken, grilled meat and shrimp. It was pretty good. I feel like the hot sauce took a lot away from myburrito. By the way, the red hot sauce is pretty spicy. I would recommend to swap it out for a chipotle salsa. Other then thatit?s was good.
