Amazing customer service from the cashiers as they prepared my order for 14 people today at the Far East location in El... Paso-they went the extra mile! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the baby back ribs which I ate one of and it was greasy and tough. I picked up... another and it had a hair on it. The slaw was nasty and tasted like it was about to spoil and the baked beans were so salty Icouldn't eat them. Manager was condescending and rude. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could! Staff is always super friendly and attentive. The young man that helped me today was so... nice. He asked me how my 4th of July holiday was and thanked me for my service in the Army. The young ladies that were behindthe counter were also very nice. Nowadays, it can be hard to find employees will be that attentive and friendly. They seem likethey enjoy their job. That's what keeps me going back! Oh, did I mention that the food is AMAZING!? Right when you walk in youget snacked in the face with the intoxicating smell of real wood smoked meat that draws you in like a tractor beam! They prepareall the food in front of you so you get to drool for a bit while they are getting it ready. They don't skimp either. The brisketsandwich is loaded up with smoky goodness. What a great stop!! It's a cafeteria style setup. They have ready to go breakfast options, and a great selection of other meat... options in the back. We tried the brisket by the pound, brisket sandwich, and potato salad. It was all delicious!!! The staffwere all very friendly and helpful.
