I was here at 8:17 pm , i placed ordered on phone then wait at station for 30 minutes, some people they came behind me and wait... at their station they got food before me and leave . I leave and drive though to window to pick up my order but i wait 20 mituesat the line because have some car front of me . When i stop at window the worker ask for me what my order it look like theydidn?t do my order at the beginning so they stared to do my order when they asked what my order have . I order on phone comethere waitting for 50 minutes for pick up it Not acceptable . Read more
Whenever I'm in the vicinity of Sonic on Vista Del Sol I make it point to stop by for my favorite strawberry fruit slush,... especially during scorching summer heat. However, I especially like that the young people working there, regardless of the heat,always bring out my order with a smile and happy attitude. Kudos to them! Read more
I went here and had the most disappointing experience. I went to get food because I was hungry. I get burnt fries and... underserved quantities of ice cream. When I discuss this with the employees and ask for my new fries and a redo of my icecream. The employee gets mad and agitated and says I?m not going to tell her how to do her job. She gets upset because I?m goingto take pictures of my ice cream and snatches it before I can take a photo. Then states I?m never allowed there again. That shehas my name and is calling the cops on me. The cops show up and are respectful but say I have to go. I?m not allowed there dueto the employee calling the cops and making a report on me. Mind you I was with my family, they were not able to finish theirfood. We had to leave and told we can never return. I would never want to return to be mistreated and yelled at by employees.Today was a traumatizing day. I?m very disappointed in the servings and the fact that I paid so much to get so little. Don?t gohere unless you want to get burnt fires. Or yelled at by the employees. Or have the cops called on you for wanting to take aphoto of an ice-cream. Absolutely insane. Read more
Friendly staff pretty quick on giving you the food. I like the coney hot dogs and the tater tots and all there drinks they have... a bunch to choose from my fav is the cherrylimade. Read more
Ordered a Cheese Coney, and a Sonic Cheeseburger with mustard, and tots. Both were really good and nice and hot. I like... getting the tater tots right after them being made. They ones I got were kind of cold, but either way I got a good tasting mealin a matter of minutes. Will keep coming back for more. Read more
Ordered a sonic blast and the girl taking orders Friday night forgot about me. I press the button to call her and just remind... her I?m still there and she gets upset because I called her to remind her. She continues to ask me for my order but is extremelyrude. Needless to say I left without my order. I had never had such a poor experience up to now. It?s important to hire peoplethat actually want to be there. Very disappointed in the service. Read more
