I love me some Sonic Blasts, but sadly this is the only location that consistently fails to properly mix their shakes, and get... orders correct. Unfortunately it is the closest location to me, but I think it is time to stop hoping for improvement in staff,or management (I'm not sure where the problem lies) and just drive a little further to another location as my go-to. Went in at 8:30pm . . . Google says it was 10min busy wait. . . Nope, not even 5min and our order was out. Mr. FLAVIO, our... carhop was Awesome! . ..Quick and very Respectful. Terrific people. Management during the day are awesome and this is why. I had been sick for a few days and I tried to think of... something that I could keep down. I thought of Sonic and the soft serve ice cream with grape slushy flavoring in it. I calledthe day Manager (I feel horrible for not remembering her name) and requested a route 44 size soft serve with extra, extra grapeflavoring.. all I can say is that she figured out how to charge me (reasonable price) and it was SOO GOOD! I can't believe he gave me a chipped cup, and piece a hair in my cup, Disgusting ????????????. It's really grossed me out. It's... 3rd time they messed up my foods and drinks 1. They messed up my food 2. My iced tea is supposed to be Unsweet with extra icein, but no it was sweet, no ice, and very warm, and messed up my order again 3(today 3/18/22).
