The wait was ridiculous, they brought my order out to me 3 times incorrectly and on the last time it was incorrect I just left... after that. Well if the last time wasn't bad today 10/31 I waited 20 minutes after it said its on its way another 10 minuteswith the menu button lit, I had to walk to the door wait another 7 minutes for someone to ask how can I help you. Had to get my order remade three times. Asked for a number one with no onions no mayo no mustard. I would think this is a super... simple order. On the final remake my order came with no pickles no tomato and no fries! Get it together people. Read more

Made an mobile order and checked in then an hour passed and hit the red button and the lady says they don?t have an order for us... being placed then require us to show them proof and we show her the receipt on our mobile app and she went inside to check andthe manager gets out asking what we ordered and we tell him and says ?oh ok? and walks back inside. He didn?t apologize oranything so the lady that asks us for proof of purchase comes back with a printed receipt and says they will start doing ourorder but his time it has been almost 2 hours and a half since we orders it. The lady apologized and says they were super busybut weird how they got the order for the car that came an hour after next to us and got their order first than us and left andwe were there still.. Like who does that, getting the food first to a car that just came in in 15 mins right away.. We end uprequesting a refund we didn?t wanted to deal with the managers attitude and messing with our food, never coming back to thislocation. It was a great location but I guess since changing managers the location went downhill. Read more

Kaeoz is a really good employee and is such a kind person all around. His customer service is exemplary and this young man... carries this location in his back. I even left before he gave me back my card and he went after my car. Super unnecessary but sovery appreciated. I hope he reads this and knows the work he puts in doesn?t go unnoticed. Read more

Placed an order 45 minutes before (full order on receipt in picture). They missed four fries (one in a combo, and two separate... orders. I understand they?re busy but come on guys, the order had been in for a long time and it?s not hard to do a quick doublecheck. Otherwise the food was good. Read more

I made a moblie at 8:38 pm got to sonic and checked in at 8:45 pm and waited in my car till 9:30pm. Didn't get any service till... I hit the red button. The waited another 20 to get my order. My order was 843 so if the owner is reading this your team ishorrible. There was no one who apologized for making me wait. I wasted my time So please don't waste yours. Read more
