This review is because I feel I need to let everyone know about my experience and how I was taken care of by a new manager that... went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. I drove up to get my mobile order. 2 slushes, blast, and 2 pretzels. Got my drinks and abag closed and folded over at the top. I didn?t notice it had a name written on the folded part of the bag until I got home.Inside the bag was a burger and tots, not 2 pretzels. Upset, hungry, called the Sonic and I got new manager James on the phone.He asked what can I do to help fix it. I said I live far but I want my pretzels, so I?m coming back down to get them. James toldme how he is teaching and training his employees to make less mistakes and improve service. He is going to make a positiveimpact at that Sonic.It takes time however. He offered me more than what I expected to correct the situation and I am verygrateful and satisfied. Thank you James! Read more

This Sonic is right behind my house. I want to like it since it's so close but it's terrible EVERYTIME !! Each time I tell... myself just try again. And each time it sucks. And today was no different. I'm not sure what was worse. The hashbrowns thatshould be tots or the rotten lettuce. Read more
If I could give this sonic location zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order for ASAP pickup. Once I arrived I checked in &... waited 15 minutes. They weren?t busy at all so I tried pressing the red button to ask about my order. 5 minutes went by and theydidn?t answer. After that I got out of my car and asked one of the order runners to check on my order. She then comes out totell me they don?t have my order. I then verify the location and show her my transaction history showing her I paid for it. Shetells me no, I didn?t pay & I?ll have to check out before they can give me my order??? Again, I showed her my transactionhistory for today, this location, and my debit card. She goes to get her manager to handle it. The manager comes out and sayshow they don?t have my order. After I show the manager the transaction history she runs inside and comes out with my orderwithin 2 minutes. How didn?t you have my order but brought out food to me? Stupidly enough, I left the store without checkingwhat she gave me since I was in a rush. I ended up checking the bag and realized I had the wrong order. I drive back to thestore and ask for a different manager. Once he comes out I explained everything to him & he was very nice about it. He goesinside and gets the ?correct? order. The large order of Mozzarella sticks we ordered were absolutely nasty and falling apart(pictured) and we ordered two big reds and instead got a cherry limeade and a big red instead. What I thought would be a quickmobile order pickup turned into a 45 minute ordeal. You?ll get better food & customer service at Circle K. Save your time &money. Read more
I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but I am shocked at my meal from this location. I ordered a chili cheese coney meal. ... There was a long wait in the drive thru. When I got home and took a bite of the coney, it didn't seem right so I opened the bunand found an overcooked or old weenie. It was disgusting and I'm so glad I was not able to bite into it. This my second bad review on this store. In addition to the poorly assembled food they usually provide. Today I counted my... items. Everything seemed to be in the bag. Ordered cheeseburgers & tutorials tots. We came home & both of us got sick within a few hours! We ask for ketchup & salt & had... to go up to window to get it after food was already brought to car.
