This is a short review. I have only tried the drinks and slushes here but they are just on point. Cherry lime is the best one.
The service is usually good here, but I don?t know what happened this time around. I waited 20+ minutes for my order. Everyone... around me that came after me got their order and left before me. I attempted to go inside and the employees were fooling aroundsmoking outside. Very unprofessional. One of the girls was nice to give us a free drink, but still very unprofessional. Read more
Waited 10 MINUTES for 4 mozzarella sticks, while ?Dani? I believe was her name was on her phone all while the mozzarella... sticks where there by the register so she forgot to give it to us while give us our drinks. And continued to say ?have a goodday ? and walked away laughing and not even apologizing for making us wait. Read more
Customer aervice is terrible, these cashiers look too stressed out for a button pushing job. Not surprised that they are... physically unable to put a lid on a drink correctly, 3 drinks, all three lids had a smashed edge. Seeing as their turn out rateis pretty high, I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with their incompetence once they are fired from here. Read more
Worst experience ever at Sonic. I ordered a premium burrito which should have had CHOPPED peppers, onions, sausage , etc.... Instead I got this Monstrosity of a burrito. If you don?t have what you need to make my order at least tell me that but don?tgive me something that is nothing close to what I wanted. It tasted as bad as it looks. ???? Read more
The new grilled cheeseburger is just delicious. It was so hard to put down and ate it until it was gone. I tried one of the... new slushes, the sangria berry one and the taste was definitely worth and made only better because of all of the strawberriesadded. I'm trying the series. Read more
This sonic is spot on at times, and when it is, things are amazing. You feel the Sonic atmosphere. Any meal you want your way!!... This here is one of my favorites, grilled cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Looking absolutley gorgeous might I add.The staff at this location is amazing to say the least. And remember you can come here everyday, for 10 years and not have thesame drink twice, mind blown! Read more
We went through the Drive-Thru for some afternoon ice cream treats. We felt rushed from the beginning and then upon asking a... question about a menu item... the rude drive thru girl told us not once, but twice that "Its on the menu." ... Okay so thereare over 25 things on this menu. I simply asked for 3 small candy slushies for my kids. I assumed the candy slushies were justthe single flavor of nerds. Asked her again what were the candy flavors since I've never been asked this before and shereiterated that it was "On the menu." THEN after we completed our order... silence. Absolute silence. No, "Your total is X" or"Please pull up to the window" So we drove off because YOU did not have to come to work today if you didn't want to work. Likeseriously. I hope who ever is over her heard this exchange between the employee and the customer because that was NOT ok. My 6year old has a better attitude. Were never giving this location a minute of our time nor our money. Do better. Read more
