Love their pizza!! Anytime i crave pizza, Speedys is my go to.

Worst place ever on edgemere, they charge tips on your cards when you leave the store! Called to complaint and employee... impersonated her manager, once she was able to respond precessional to any of my questions I asked for supervisor and she saidthey?re wasn?t any, afterwards she said her manager wasn?t there currently and that she couldn?t give me her name because it waspersonal information. Illegally charging tips in customers cards is fraud and will proceed to file a police report. Read more

Similar to the other complaints on this website, had a bad food experience and an even worse customer service experience.... Management told me that they didn't do refunds on RAW pizza. I understand that but please put a sign up, no refunds. If youdon't offer customer service then please let us know before we choose to order. I usually like the pizza but today was such a disappointment I ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni .. the pepperoni was decent but... the cheese pizza was so disappointing .. it wasn't even cut and. It was so greesy that the cheese didn't stick to the breadlike literally It slipped off and the cheese was so liquid that I had to tell my kids not to eat it because that is not normalfor a pizza to look like that .. you can tell who ever made that pizza hates their. I placed an order at 7:35 pm and got conformation that it would be delivered between 8:30-8:45. I called at 9:30 to see what the... status of my order was as it hadn't been delivered yet and the girl on the phone said "well we don't have the order here so itshould be on its way." So I called again at 9:50 since I still hadn't gotten my order the girl on the phone claimed her name wasSophia and that she was the manager, i doubt any of that information is even true. I explained to her what had happened and shewas only concerned that they were closing soon and seem to not care about me never receiving my order. When I asked for a refundshe was like "are you sure we can give you store credit and deliver it an other time." I asked for my refund so I better get arefund, if I wanted it delivered an other day I'd order an other day, so unprofessional and ill never order from this locationagain. I've ordered from this place many times over the past few years, but yesterday I received a Philly cheese steak pizza (a pizza... I've ordered before so I know what I was expecting) that was incredibly disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Now mistakeshappen so I called in and politely asked for a refund on the ONE pizza out of the order, offering to bring it in to prove thatit was inedible, and the manager proceeded to give me an attitude about it, saying that she couldn't give me a refund simplybecause I didn't like the pizza. The meat on the pizza was objectively disgusting, undercooked, and not remotely resemblinganything you'd get in even the cheapest of Philly steak sandwiches. The rudeness of the manager put me on tilt so I hung up andam pursuing a charge back. Long story short, go few spend a few more bucks elsewhere and get better food and service, you'll bedoing yourself a favor and saving yourself a headache. Or even just go to another location.
