Hot mocha latte used to be tasty and lightly sweet. Not my past 2 trips to new Yarbrough location. And cake was very very dry.... The items on menu are astronomically high priced. Maybe you can at least initiate a Layaway Plan? Read more
I?ve been coming here to study since the semester started and I am extremely grateful for the staff. As soon as you walk in they... greet you with a smile and a ?welcome?. When you are ready to order they are always ready to answer any questions or suggestdrinks! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, from opening the door to bringing your order to your table (whichthey don?t have to do). I can?t say enough good things about them. Placed an order for 2 drinks and 2 pastries, waited over 30 minutes for my order. Very unorganized. Been to other Starbucks and... have never spent more than 10 minutes for an order. Very disappointed!! Read more
Waiting inside the lobby 18 minutes for one black nitro is quite ridiculous.
They charge $.80 for whipped cream when it normally is included in, forget the caramel drizzle. They don't use gloves to handle... food.. Read more
