The first thing I noticed when entering this Starbucks building was the beautiful woodwork everywhere, this is not your... standard, "run of the mill" Starbucks, it looks very upscale and classy! The next thing I noticed was that it was very clean andwell staffed. There wasn't a long wait in line even though I arrived around morning rush hour and the drive-thru had about 8 or10 cars in line (which is what actually prompted me to park and walk in instead.) I waited approximately 5 minutes after payingbefore I was served 2 piping hot coffees. The barista who served me was courteous, friendly and very quick on her feet, and sheexpressed gratitude when I left a tip. "Tipping" is not a town in China. Remember to leave your barista a tip! We had to make an emergency stop here due to 2 of our 5 young kids throwing up during an all-day road trip. While it wasn't a... planned stop, we feel so blessed to have end up at this Starbucks. Mary was extremely helpful in providing materials to help usclean up the mess. Then Edith provided excellent non-coffee drink recommendations since we don't normally go to Starbucks. This Starbucks is beautiful! It is also very conveniently located where lots of traffic, myself included, pass each morning on... the way to work, making it a nice addition to the West Side of El Paso. The baristas are so polite and caring, as is my typicalexperience with the other locations around here. The outdoor seating also is a huge plus, and it is simply gorgeous here! Read more
