Went in for the first time and all 3 sandwiches were very good. Had broccoli cheddar soup and was also very good ????????

I would put 0 stars if I could so yesterday I went to get food from there and this morning my friend and I both woke up... vomiting and ill and I mean I?m sure it?s was due to the food from this place being I?ve heard this same place has had thisissue and it?s the only food we had together so I honestly recommend do not eat at this location they obviously do not careabout the quality and safety of their food. This subway is refusing to honor coupons from corporate. They tried to place limits on the sandwich I could get even though no... such restrictions exist on the coupon. Another owner offering poor customer service to save a few bucks. Wont be back.. Read more

Several people waiting and there was a new person and another guy on 9-6-2022. The manager calls in middle of him starting my... sandwiches and he is on the phone with him getting yelled at about something instead of doing that in private face to face shedisrupts the customer service flow. Very unprofessional of the manager & I should walked out with the other customer becausethat was ridiculous! I already sent a survey about this also and no return email or nothing. Placed an order on the 19th and it was perfect so we decided to order again on the 31st. That was a mistake. One of our... sandwiches didn?t have an extra that cost an additional $1.89. That?s okay, mistakes happen. What wasn?t okay was the HAIR wefound in the sandwich. We immediately called the restaurant and they refused to replace or refund the sandwich without bringingit back. Keep in mind, we had already told them it had been partially eaten (ew) and the rest thrown in the trash. The managerdidn?t come to the phone and was talking through the employee who told us that we couldn?t get a refund or exchange if we didn?tbring the sandwich back. For context, my brother and I are both managers in the food service industry. That?s not how you dealwith a customer in this situation. You don?t tell them to bring an item with a hair in it back so they can ?prove it.? You offeran exchange or a refund and you do what you can to make it right because you don?t want to risk losing a sale or losing acustomer, especially a regular. In a situation this severe, a manager should always come to the phone, not speak through anemployee. Even if it means having to place the customer on hold so they can quickly finish the task at hand and then answer thecall. We?re very disappointed in the way this was handled and the overall lack of customer service. I won?t be coming back andif you?re considering coming here, skip it. Read more

Ordered the Subway Club last week & it was the best. Did so again today. YUCK! Idk what they did to it! I looked and it had... just one piece, not even a whole slice of roast beef in it. It is supposed to have 4 slices in a foot long. I ordered extracheese & just had a sprinkling of cheese. So sad?.. Read more
