Went yesterday w my mom. The guy through heating trays and one landed on floor manager saw and warned him he was laughing. The... girl was omg even worse she wasnt heating the chicken patties by them selves just putting the cold patties on bun we asked hervarious times to heat by itself she said itll warm in toaster. Well when we went home my dads sandwich on chicken was cold . Shehad her face so close to sandwiches while making them anything of hers couldve fallin in . If you want a honest review on this place then read my personal experience at subway. I have been coming here for a couple of... years now it's has been my go too after work or during my lunch breaks (i work construction) yes like any other food place theydo take a while it's no surprise they are super friendly and easy to talk. So it goes treat others the way you want to betreated. I was there one time when a customer was one of those naggy picky people and was disturbing other people's lunch breaksover cheese the manager handled it amazingly. I have seen new faces come and go but the service never changes if you come inexpecting high class service when you give the employees attitude or as if you're the only one in the store I suggest stronglyto go somewhere else there are other people on their lunch breaks too and they are trying to help everyone else as fast aspossible don't throw a fit because they are taking to long. I've seen certain reviews 0n here about rude or complaining aboutwhat they chose to order or about how they take to long if you are one of those people who left those reviews and read mineyou're more than likely one of the high stuck up people who have never worked food service that need to keep their mouths shut.I love this place and I'm glad that I see new faces along with familiar faces. If you have no patience or no common sense toshow some respect for the employees who are trying their best to feed you on your lunch hour you need help. I also went in todayand the young lady told me about how they were low on food waiting for the trucks that they were trying their best to serve mewith what they had available I didn't mind it's not their fault. They were super nice about it and apologetic. After coming heresince 2019 I don't think they get paid enough for what they have to deal with. Read more
