Not as good as in the past. I think it's a employee problem. Quite quitting. Seem like the employees , dont go the extra step... to put the wow factor in a sandwich. Employees don't seem happy. Well I cant fix this problem . But I try to be a good customer. They can make a difference Read more

I'm not sure what is wrong with these subways. They are always out of bread, soup, pretty much anything you need to make a... meal. The speaker never works so you are waiting for forever to just order anything. Some of the workers not all act like it'san inconvenience to ask for certain things or anything at all. It's a job. I just find it weird that all the subways in thenortheast area are always out of something and someway the speakers never work. Read more

I tried going through the drive-thru because they offer it at this location but I shouldn't have bothered. They asked me to pull... up to the window to order as if I have their toppings and menu memorized. I was charged $10.60 for a footlong steak and cheesethat was soggy and ill filled. And on top of that they asked if I wanted to tip as I was paying. Forgive me, but I feel tipsshould be given after a service is provided not before... I wish I had said no. I am personally avoiding this subway from now onbecause their standards and service is severely lacking. Read more

The guy with the glasses has terrible customer service. I entered the store , there was no customers there, anywho,he didn?t... look at me or greet me, he was putting on the gloves slowly while on his phone. Then about 2 minutes later he said ?sorry I?mchoosing a song?. This is the second time that I have been to this subway and those two times I?ve had bad experiences. The wayhe makes my food just sucks too.I ordered broccoli cheddar soup the second time and he filled up the cup a little less thenhalfway. Never coming back . Read more

Absolutely horrible service, placed an order online, they called me to tell me the toaster still isn't working (over 4 months... now) and the subs quite literally had no meat, and not even half the condiments or veggies I ordered on them. The sub is pictureis called the monster, and is 13 dollars, It didn't even have bacon or the cheese it was supposed to have on it. Disgrace of asubway, do not go here. Best if this one closes down. I arrived at this establishment with 5 other people. Two of us ordered ahead, and the app notified us our order was ready. Upon... arrival, employee 1 let us know our order was not ready yet contrary to what the app stated. We politely told her there was norush and took a seat. The other 4 individuals in my group waited 15 minutes to order with no one else in the line, while the twoemployees exclusively did drive through orders. After receiving their food 20 minutes later, we pulled a high top table two feetcloser to the one next to it to fit our group of 6 for a quick and quiet lunch. Employee 2 began yelling asking us if we?rerearranging all the furniture. We politely told her we would happily move it back when we?re done and just wanted to sit by eachother for lunch. She then yelled asking if we were having a party at this Subway. We politely and calmly again told her no, thatwe just wanted to eat lunch before getting on the road again. She huffed away to the back of the store. We quietly and quicklyate our meal after this interaction. Before leaving, we placed the tables and chairs back where we found them as well as cleanedup our tables and trash. As we walked out, I guess we did not angle the chairs correctly, because she started yelling again andflipping us off. We got in our vehicle while she shouted at the window and then moved the chairs approximately 5 inches to adifferent angle than we had the chair positioned. As we drove away, she continues to flip us off and scream at the window. Ihave truly never seen such inappropriate, unprofessional behavior. I am appalled to say the least. Read more

The absolute worst Subway I've been to. I honestly hope it shuts down because the service and food quality are the worst. Don't... spend your money here. At times I've been through the drive through to be told only the inside is open? Or the inside is lockedand drive through only open??? It's as if they don't want anyone there! Because of an experience I had, I refuse to eat at ANYSubway location. I even wrote to corporate with NO RESOLUTION at all. No apology or anything. I was a frequent customer untilthat situation. I would suggest support our local sandwich shops! Subway keeps coming up with new sandwiches but in NO WAY doesit compensate for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys, try Jersey Mike's! Way better sandwiches! Yes, pricy but you get what you payfor! My sandwiches taste A LOT better with better ingredients and LESS SASS. Read more

Honestly shocked at how little meat was in the sandwich. Seems like they just gave us a salad in bread. We ordered the Buffalo... chicken sandwich. For the price of the sandwich we could have got a meal and dessert from Carl's Jr across the street. Read more
