Very rude got all my sandwiches wrong even though I repeated my order like 3 times was waiting in the drive through for 30... minutes for 4 sandwiches and like I said they were all done wrong !! Never again!!!! Read more

My boyfriend has an allergies to onions so we marked no onion on the app and they still put it on the sandwich. And when we went... back to get it fixed they didn?t want to remake the sandwich and accused us of lying not admitting to their error, so when Iasked to just get a refund they took the messed up sandwich and the receipt and still continued to be rude and find nocompromise for a fix. It took me asking for a higher ups number to get them to fix it but it?s ridiculous that they don?t wantto fix it. I could have lost someone that means so much to me today because of pride and ignorance. And when I asked for thenumber and they gave it to me I have reason to believe it?s a fake personal phone number not a management number. Read more

So I?ve been to several Subway restaurants throughout El Paso, each one having some type of issue with slow employees, ignoring... customers when they walk in, running out of items in the early afternoon, etc. I?m talking about taking 15 minutes to make ONEsandwich kind of slow! Anyway, I went to this particular Subway just out of convenience and being short on time. I made myorder, looked up at the menu to verify the price, and when I looked back down, my sandwich was already made. I was completelytaken by surprise as I did not expect it to be completed so fast. From walking in, to paid sandwich in hand took no more than 4minutes...with people in front of me. I went back again the next day, and the next. Each time my sandwich was made quickly. Veryimpressed by the efficiency of these particular employees. I was also grateful as this particular week gave me little time forlunch. Maybe I was lucky with a good lunch crew? Perhaps it was remedial training to increase productivity due to the badratings? Either way, I hope they continue the efficiency trend. Read more

This is a perfect place to come to and eat pizza. Deliciously made and attended always with a smile and perfect people skills as... well as attitude by one of our community hard workers. Her name, Darlene. Ask for her. From the moment my daughter and I walk inshe acknowledges us and in her own sincere and humble way of being, respectful and full of joy she makes the best pizzas in ourlovely city El Paso Tx. Forget about, dominoes or hut. Subway pizza with Darlene. Thank you little miss for making my daughterand I have always a wonderful supper. Never change. For you are young and the future. Bad experience here today. I'm giving 2 stars because at least they were open, unlike the Sean Haggerty location. Employees were... working without all of their ingredients and no working toaster oven. I was told that they were not allowed to add extra of atopping, and also I would be charged extra for my sandwich because they didn't have the correct chicken to make it. It seems tome that the owner put the employees in a bad situation, which resulted in low morale and lacking customer service. I hope theowner of both these locations can fix this problem. But honestly I have had problems with both locations many times in the pastfew years. Read more

The worst subway ever. Two teenage girls and a guy working and they don?t ask if I want a combo, so as my last sandwhich is... being rung up she tells me I told her too late and cannot make a combo and she will charge it separately. Fine. $4 rings up fora chips and a medium drink?! She tells me it?s MY fault that I said too late that I wanted a combo and when I start telling herthat I need some type of discount for her mistake and laziness of not wanting to cancel and retype my order she starts yellingat me if I want to pay or leave. The teenage guy starts telling me my attitude is not acceptable and tells me to leave, thesecond girl starts going off about it?s my fault that I ordered the combo last minute and their laziness to retype my ordermeans I need to leave. We visited on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Customer service is NOT a thing at this location. Before posting this review, I tried... calling three times to speak to a manager, and I have yet to get a person to answer the phone. The two young ladies working thecounter could literally not be bothered to greet customers, be polite, or even speak to us beyond "What do you want on it?" What really bothered me, though, was how disrespectfuly they spoke about not just the company, but their other customers. "Yeah,we're really earning our $10 today." And, "The guy that always orders the chicken sandwiches came in again. Like, can't he ordersomething different?" We all gripe about our jobs, and that's fine, but you DON'T do it in front of the customers. We won't begoing back to this location. Read more
