Horrible service. Employee on the drive thru was rude and made me wait 20 minutes when there was only one car in front of me. ... This is the second time I attempt to order. The last time the same female employee at the drive thru could not take my orderbecause she couldn?t get the register to work. I waited that time 15 minutes. The absolute worst subway in the city! Sat in the drive through for 10 mins to not be answered. Had to honk at the window just... to be told they close at 6pm (it?s 6:25) when the hours on the window say 10pm. Don?t come here. When they are ?open? the staffis rude. Don?t order from here. HORRIBLE representation of a respected restaurant!! This place ALWAYS has something wrong with it! No bread, no veggies, card... only, cash only, bathrooms closed. This list goes on and on! Save yourself the time and effort and go to a Subway that actuallycares and is managed well! I never post a bad review because I'm not trying to be some Karen but this place needs to be called out. 3 times I have placed... an online order and it was not ready when the app tells me it is. Once I get there the girls seem upset to be working andproceed to tell me all the things they don't have that I already paid for. Y'all need some serious training. This location isclosest to my work and is the only reason I keep coming here on my break. Also no one ever answers the drive thru, you can sitthere for 20 mins with no one in front of you.
