I never post a bad review because I'm not trying to be some Karen but this place needs to be called out. 3 times I have placed... an online order and it was not ready when the app tells me it is. Once I get there the girls seem upset to be working andproceed to tell me all the things they don't have that I already paid for. Y'all need some serious training. This location isclosest to my work and is the only reason I keep coming here on my break. Also no one ever answers the drive thru, you can sitthere for 20 mins with no one in front of you. Finally you go inside and there are no customers and the girls are just standingthere talking. Awful service Read more

Ordered food for 6:20 pm delivered store did not make order nor to food was delivered whatsoever this facility I would give it a... zero. They have a lack of management and customer service is not even there. Read more

Horrible service. Employee on the drive thru was rude and made me wait 20 minutes when there was only one car in front of me. ... This is the second time I attempt to order. The last time the same female employee at the drive thru could not take my orderbecause she couldn?t get the register to work. I waited that time 15 minutes. I was the only one on the drive thru so I left. Read more

The absolute worst subway in the city! Sat in the drive through for 10 mins to not be answered. Had to honk at the window just... to be told they close at 6pm (it?s 6:25) when the hours on the window say 10pm. Don?t come here. When they are ?open? the staffis rude. Don?t order from here. They never get the order right! Read more

HORRIBLE representation of a respected restaurant!! This place ALWAYS has something wrong with it! No bread, no veggies, card... only, cash only, bathrooms closed. This list goes on and on! Save yourself the time and effort and go to a Subway that actuallycares and is managed well! I wish Subway would take away their franchise privileges, it's such a nice building and location.Just too bad... Read more

So they almost never take card, so i go with cash and they said they don't take cash, then they were out of food the next time,... then the next time there were no employees. Granted the employees are nothing but super nice, but the management has to betrash. I looked up the help wanted ad and they pay their employees very poorly, i can't blame them for being slow. Worst customer service I have ever received. Drive through said was open but no one was there to attend it. Decided to get off... and order inside but as soon as I went inside I did not felt welcomed at all. The girl in the front giving me really ugly stareswith a huge attitude. There was another girl inside as well throwing food at each other as if they were 12. I ordered onesandwich and before I could order the other one she gave me attitude upon asking if there will be another sandwich. I reallyjust wanted to just walk out and have them deal with the sandwich they made because this is no way to act in a job or even treatthe customers. They either need to hire better people and fire them or talk to your workers because that is childish to walk inand them playing around like they are in middle school and getting mad because a customer interrupted their ?fun?. This subway location has officially put me off from ever ordering at subway again. In the middle of eating our dinner my husband... stops, looks at me and says: it was a brunette female that was making sandwiches wasn't it. I said yeah why? Them he proceeds toshow me this long hair in his sandwich. It was just gross. Sure they sanitize and keep the restaurant clean but finding hair inyour sandwich tells you about how careful their staff is when it comes to preparing your food lol. Read more
